It comes on tonight and I was just wondering? Of course it has to premiere the same time as America's Next Top Model so I will have to put it on my DVR.
I am curious to see if it is any good. I am a sucker for weird shows like that. In case you are wondering here is a synopsis of the new show..
Pushing Daisies is a "forensic fairy tale" that focuses on Ned, a piemaker with a mysterious ability to make the dead live again. The gift is not without its complications, however — if he touches this being a second time, they'll be dead permanently. If they live for more than 60 seconds, somebody else nearby will die. (Quote: "It's a random proximity thing") [6]. It's a gift that he puts to good use to help a private investigator friend, Emerson Cod and his childhood sweetheart, the once-dead Charlotte "Chuck" Charles.

Definitely, but like you I am DVRing it. Wednesdays are hectic already on my DVR! It looks great - Sight unseen it somewhat reminds me of Wonderfalls, which I absolutely loved and was SO disappointed when it was cancelled. I'm hoping Pushing Daisies will fill that void.
1Yep, I'll give it a chance.
2I want to see it but I don't know if I will get a chance. I might have to record it.
3if any of you watch it please pm me and tell me what you thought of it!!
4I really want to watch it but I promised the boy that I wouldn't take over the TV any more this season (I've already got Tuesday nights with House and Thursdays with the Office, and come February, Lost is back).
So I'll probably rent it after it comes out on DVD, if it's any good.
5I'll probably check it out since I don't have anything else to watch during that time slot. I think that it looks pretty good; I'll let you know what I think later tonight Aud.

6I am going to have to watch it online because I watch ANTM on Wednesday's.
7Definitely! The promos for the show look cool, so I'm going to check it out. And the synopsis kinda makes me think...what if he digs this girl that he really likes but is dead...he brings her back to life obviously with his touch...but can't touch her again or else she'll be killed. Ooh, sexual tension is anticipated!
8I wasn't really planning on it...
9I will.. but it is yet another show I have to work into my ever shrinking "kids are asleep" tv shows! LOL! But I miss Dead Like Me and Six Feet Under and this looks like my replacement fix.
10Pushing up Daisys will also be replayed on Saturday this week. I have a hectic schedule tonight, but planon catching it then.
11I think it looks really interesting. I'll definitely watch, but probably on Saturday.
Can't miss Top Model.
12Yep - I will give it a try today
I guess I will watching that whilst you guys are
watching Top Model - I am not really into competition shows.
13It looks good but if it comes on at the same time as Top Model then nope.
14YEpO! I can't wait!
15yes we will! We are actually checking out all the new shows and you can imagine that I'm going crazy taping them all
But this one especially looks so cute and the colors so luminous (remind me of Edward Scissorhands) that we are looking forward to
watching it.

I LOVED Wonderfalls!! That was seriously one of the best shows I've ever seen. I
the
talking smushed face lion! sigh.
I really want to watch this but I'll be in class
So I'll try to catch it on Sunday
20wonderfalls?! I don't think I ever heard of it... I'll look it up.

Wiki says all thirteen episodes of Wonderfalls (Only 4 actually aired on TV) are available on DVD, Sasha!
22really!? AWESOME!!
thanks!!
23OK I watched it but I was having a hard time staying interested in it. For those that watched it, what did you all think?
24I had the same feelings towards it that you did Aud; it was very boring in the beginning and I just couldn't get into it.

25Same as you, aud. I'm a bit disappointed.
26i think the premise of the show was interesting but to me it was a leetle too oddball and i couldn't keep up with it at times.
27Aw - That's too bad.
I haven't watched yet - I probably won't until this weekend.
If it sucks, at least it brought up the topic of Wonderfalls, though!
28I'm totally getting the DVD
heck yeah! I'm so glad you told me about it!! Has anyone watched The Reaper? Its directed by Kevin Smith & I
Kevin Smith
29I haven't watched the Reaper, although had I known that it was directed by Kevin Smith, I wouldn't have missed it. I am a huge fan also!
I'll have to play catch up!
